The Indonesian Chefs Association (ICA) together with Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali will again present the Bali Culinaire Challenge Cooking Compettition. This competition, held at Segara Agung Restaurant, aims to honor excellence in food prepara- tion and presentation recogniz- ing each
individual in developing and raising the quality of food with the most creative talents. The competitions will also showcase the recipes from participants and competition winners.
