We're so excited! The 4 th Annual Sanur Village Festival is getting closer. And as we get busier, the preparation is getting ready for the anticipated event of the year. We are doing more meetings and the participants are lining up for the latest updates. You may have read articles about how festive and fun Sanur will be on 12 – 16 August 2009. The only answer and solution to all the curiosity is to prove it yourself. So don't forget to put a special note on your calendar, schedule or journal on 12 – 16 August 2009 for the 4 th Annual Sanur Village Festival in Mertasari Beach . We'll meet you there with all the new spirit of Heritage.

| TRADITIONAL JUKUNG MARATHON |
Jukung Festival is always corresponding to Sanur Village Festival, and this year is no exception. The Jukung Organization of Sanur entitled Dewi Satayo Jana Gandhi, which stands under the Sanur Development Foundation is holding many events to familiarize people to this Bali originated small, wooden Indonesian traditional boats mostly used for fishing. Expect to see numerous Jukungs around Mertasari beach during Sanur Village Festival Traditional Jukung Marathon. Cash Prizes are given away to the finalist and winners. This year, approximately 50 jukungs will participate in the event so get ready for some sailing spree. .

| JAZZ FESTIVAL FOR THE WEEKEND |
One of the most awaited events during Sanur Village Festival is the entertainment. Bali is full of talented artists and this year they all gather up to fill the music scene in Mertasari Beach . Have fun enjoying the Jazz Festival for the weekend. Come with friends and family to enjoy the international level jazz musicians' performances. Among the celebrated names are Saharadja, Chika Asamoto, Tropical Transit, Balawan, Ito Kurdhi, Tohpati & Dewa Bujana, and Joe Rosenberg. Take it easy, unwind, and spoil your jazz taste in the 4 th Annual Sanur Village Festival.

I love music! And Sanur Village Festival has it all. Having dinner and laughs with friends while listening to all the music performances, the bands, the traditional music, and the DJs, is like having a satisfying meal in a good restaurant to ask for more. I heard that they are having a Jazz Festival with international performers so I'm definitely up for that.
